I have gotten a speeding ticket. It's been about 6 years now and I've only had one but it was expensive. I was driving in the city trying to find my cousins house for the first time. So I was focused on the street signs and I guess I missed the flashing yellow school zone sign! I don't know how I did that but I did. So I got pulled over doing 31. What's weird is I stopped right in front of the speed limit sign and it said 30 so I was a little unsure of why I was being stopped until the cop informed me it was a school zone! I felt like such an idiot. I totally desearved the ticket and didn't even attempt to get out of it. I have however talked my way out of a couple tickets since then... :-)
So have you ever gotten a speeding ticket?

If you ever do get a ticket, I'd recommend taking traffic school online to wipe our your points. I did mine at http://www.besttrafficschool.com/ - it was easy & fun. I did it while I was at work!
